摘要 目的:探讨应用810nm激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞(branch retinal vein occlusion,BRVO)的临床疗效。方法:选择视网膜分支静脉阻塞的患者45例45眼,随机分为治疗组25例25眼和对照组20例20眼,治疗组采用810nm激光治疗,对照组口服复方血栓通胶囊。随访6mo,观察视力、眼底出血吸收情况及眼底荧光血管造影情况。结果:治疗组视力提高13眼,稳定12眼;对照组视力提高2眼,稳定13眼,下降者5眼,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组有22眼视网膜出血吸收明显,3眼出血吸收不明显;对照组有8眼出血明显吸收,12眼出血吸收不明显,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组FFA有效20眼,无效者5眼;对照组FFA有效者9眼,无效者11眼,治疗组优于对照组。结论:810nm激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞能够显著促进出血吸收,稳定和提高视力,防止新生血管产生,可能成为目前治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的一种新型有效的治疗方法,但对激光治疗的时机、治疗参数的选择及可能的机制还需进一步探讨。 AIM:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of 810nm laser for the treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO). METHODS: Forty-five cases(45 eyes) suffering from the BRVO were divided into two groups randomly. 25 cases (25 eyes) treated with 810nm laser were taken as treated group; 20 cases (20 eyes) treated with xueshuantong capsule were taken as control group. The patients were followed up for 6 months, and visual acuity, retinal hemorrhage and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) were observed. ~ RESULTS= In the treated group, visual acuity improved in 13 eyes, and kept stable in 12 eyes. Retinal hemorrhage was absorbed significantly in 22 eyes, no changes in 3 eyes; the result of FFA was effective in 20 eyes, ineffective in 5 eyes; In control group, visual acuity increased in 2 eyes, kept stable in 13 eyes, and decreased in 5 eyes. Hemorrhage was absorbed significantly in 8 eyes, no changes in 12 eyes. The result of FFA was effective in 9 eyes and ineffective in 11 eyes.CONCLUSION: 810nm laser for the treatment of BRVO can promote the absorption of hemorrhage significantly, stabilize and raise the visual acuity, prevent neovascularization. It may be a novel and effective method to treat the retinal vein occlusion, but the mechanism is unclear and the treatment time and the parameters of laser in treatment should be further studied.
