肝移植术后胆道铸型的全蛋白质表达

摘要 肝移植术后胆道铸型综合征（biliary cast syndrome，BCS）是肝移植术后严重影响患者手术存活率及生活质量的并发症，其发生率为4％～18％013。肝移植术后BCS的胆道铸型形成机制尚未彻底阐明。胆道铸型中是否存在一些和其形成有关或对铸型形成有预警作用的蛋白质还不清楚，为此，我们收集了4份外形完整、颜色质地各异的铸型标本，
