破裂颅内动脉瘤急性期的优化治疗

摘要 显微手术夹闭与血管内栓塞是颅内动脉瘤治疗的常用方法,但对治疗方案的选择、治疗时机的把握与疗效评价仍有较大争议。我们总结了经显微手术夹闭和血管内介入栓塞治疗的160例破裂颅内动脉瘤,取得了满意疗效。
