McCune—Albright综合征致压迫性视神经病变一例

摘要
McCune—Albritght综合征，为一种罕见的先天性疾病。主要表现为内分泌功能障碍、骨纤维发育不良和皮肤牛奶咖啡样色素斑三类症状。其内分泌功能障碍可表现为性早熟、甲状腺功能亢进、库欣综合征、催乳素瘤、生长激素分泌过多、皮质醇增多症等，其中以性早熟最为常见。
