摘要
澳门在回归后的开创性、奠基性的第一个十年"一国两制"建设里,克服了内外部环境中的种种不利因素和前进道路上的重重障碍以后,向世人呈现了一份优异的"成绩单":"九九"回归前圆满完成"平稳过渡,顺利交接"的第一场考试,"九九"回归后顺利地通过了"继续保持稳定繁荣"的第二场考试的"初试"。"新澳门"的"一国两制"的制度性优势初步呈现,经济发展前景向好,"一国两制"的"澳门模式"逐步走向成熟。
In the ten years since its return to the motherland, the first pioneering and foundation - laying decade, Macao has shown to the world an excellent ＂report card＂ in its development of ＂one country, two systems＂ after overcoming various unfavorable factors in the internal and external environments and surmounting one obstacle af- ter another on the road. Before the return in 1999 Macao performed very well in the first examination for ＂peaceful transition and smooth handover＂ and following the return successfully passed the preliminary test of the second examination for ＂continuing to maintain stability and prosperity. ＂ The institutional advantages of ＂New Macao,＂ i. e. , ＂one country, two systems,＂ have been initially presented, the prospect of economic development looks good and the ＂Macao model＂ of ＂one country, two systems＂ is gradually bordering to maturity.
