摘要
目的:了解我省近年来生殖健康状况中生殖道感染(RTI)和性传播疾病(STD)的现状,有针对性的提出防治对策。方法:调查我省56个市县生殖保健医院(站)2005~2007年妇女病普查中生殖道感染和性传播疾病发病情况,将其结果汇总分析。结果:统计妇女病普查人数三年分别为2255796、2441145、2906836;妇科常见疾病检出率三年分别为18.54%、16.55%、13.65%;各种疾病分布情况依次为生殖道感染、妇科常见肿瘤、性病和其他疾病等。生殖道感染以三年统计平均数排序为:慢性宫颈炎、细菌性阴道病、滴虫性阴道炎、盆腔炎、念珠菌性阴道炎和外阴炎,与国内报道大致相同;性病检出率三年分别为0.17%、0.13%、0.18%;各类性病检出率依次为:非淋菌性尿道炎、尖锐湿疣、淋病、生殖器疱疹、软下疳、梅毒、艾滋病。结论:我省同国内其他省市一样,RTI占妇科疾病之首;STD中非淋菌性尿道炎占首位,与我国其它省、市调查结果淋病占首位不同,提示我省在性病防治中非淋菌性尿道炎应引起广泛重视。
Objectives: To understand the situation of reproductive tract infection (RTI)and sexually transmitted disease (STD) of our province in recent years. Methods: Investigate the incidence of reproductive tract infection and sexually transmitted disease from the female diseades census in the 56 reproductive health hospitsls in counties or cities from 2005 to 2007. Re- suit: The female numbersin female diseads censusis 2255796,24411445,2906936 in three years; the familiar female diseases checking rate is reaPectively 18.54%, 16.55%, 13.65% in three years;The disease distribution is RTI, STD and other diseases and so on; Chronic cervix infection, bacterial vaginitis, infusorial vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, vulvovaginal candidiasis, vulva inflammatory disease, are most familiar in RTI, this is similar with other domestic reports. The checking rate of STI is respectively 0.17% ,0.13% ,0. 18%. The checking rate descending order is genital warts, gonorrhea, genital herpes infection, chancroid, syphilis, AIDs. Conclusion: The situaion in our province issimilar to other province, RTI is the most familiar in female disease;the nongonococcal urethritis is the most familiar in STI, this is different from the situation that gonorrhea os the most familiar in STI of other provinces or cities ; And it indicate that we should think more of preventing and curing Nongonococcal urethrifts in our province.
