Preliminary Discussion on Li Dazhao's Constitutionalism

在李大钊同志诞辰120年之际,学习和研究李大钊同志的宪政思想对共和国的发展仍有非常现实的意义。学术界对李大钊同志宪政思想的研究成果已经很多,但在他对马克思主义宪政学说的影响,以及他是马克思主义立宪思想的奠基者方面的文章较少。文章以李大钊同志的宪政思想为视角,从1907—1913李大钊在校期间的宪政思想到李大钊对新民主主义法治学说的贡献进行了详尽的分析介绍,以期继承烈士的遗志,为推进和谐社会建设添砖加瓦。

In the occasion of Comrade Li Dazhao's 120th birthday,learning and research in his Constitutional Thought are still of very real significance for the development of the People's Republic of China.In academic circles research has been achieved a lot in Constitutional Thought of Comrade Li Dazhao,but papers in his influences on Marxist constitutional theory and that he is a Marxist founder of constitutional thought are less.From the perspective of constitutional thought of Comrade Li Dazhao,it has been analyzed in details from the period of 1907 to 1913 for him to study at school to his contribution to the democratic rule of law,in order to inherit the martyr's behest and promote the building of a harmonious society.
