汽车用预涂镀钢板的工艺和产品研发 被引量:1

Research and Development of Pre-coated Steel for Automotive Industry

摘要 汽车用预涂镀钢板随着模块化汽车设计的实现得到越来越多的关注。介绍了钢铁企业未来汽车用表面产品的结构、技术特征和发展目标,以及在此领域内的研发进展,对锌镁合金镀层的结构、性能及未来应用目标进行了讨论,分析总结了不同带钢真空镀膜体系的应用方式及不同工艺镀层的差异,锌镁合金镀层可以作为新一代的具有良好综合性能的金属镀层基板,以此为基础,可以采用SiOC系列镀层作为后续镀层,进而完成汽车用预完成钢板。该工艺将有可能在模块化汽车零部件和个性化和高端产品领域率先实现工业化。新型表面技术及个性化表面产品将成为未来开发钢铁新产品的基础和高端钢铁产品的核心。 The pre-finished coated steel for automotive industry has gained more and more attention with the rapid progress of module design concept realization in automotive industry.The structure,technical characteristic and future target of future coated steel product for automotive industry was discussed.The currently status of pre-painted steel was discussed.The application of vacuum strip coating process and products was analyzed.The research progress was reported.The results show that ZnMg alloy coated steel can be utilized as an innovative coated steel as substrate for pre-finished coated steel for automotive industry with comprehensive excellent properties. SiOC series coatings can be used further to finish the pre-eoated steel. Vacuum strip coating process and related products can be realized first in the automotive part production, module design process and niche product fields. The innovative coating technology and coated steel would become the basis for the niche steel product and very important steel product series in the near future.
