涤棉针织物碱性漂染一步法工艺

Alkali bleaching and dyeing of polyester/cotton knits in one-bath-one-step process

采用耐碱性分散紫HFRL和分散艳蓝2BLN,及其碱性染色助剂HK-2008,在弱碱性条件下对涤棉针织物进行氧漂和涤组分染色一浴一步法加工。染色后的涤棉针织物强力损失低,失重率小,色光鲜艳纯正,手感柔软滑爽。与传统氧漂涤组分染色两浴浸染工艺相比,新工艺缩短了加工流程,减少了化学品用量,降低了染色成本。

One-bath and one-step process of cotton peroxide bleaching and polyester dyeing was carried out on polyester/cotton knits with Disperse Violet HFRL and Brilliant Blue 2BLN,as well as alkaline dyeing auxiliary HK-2008. The dyed fabric featured lower strength and weight loss, brilliant shade and soft handle. Compared with traditional two-bath process,the new process shortened the production cycles, and reduced chemical consumption and dyeing cost.
