Two kinds of market access systems for eco-textiles in foreign countries were expatiated, including the state compulsory regulations and market demands, technical regulations, technical standards and conformity assessment. Legislative process and present status of eco-textiles market access systems of Europe Union, USA and Japan were reviewed.
