摘要
倒频谱分析是语音和图象处理中广泛应用的非线性信号处理技术。由于能对周期性异常振动信号进行有效的提取和分离,近年来被广泛运用于化工设备的故障检测中。倒频谱分析分为实倒频谱分析和复倒频谱分析两类。通过对周期性异常振动信号进行有效的提取和分离,结合频谱分析能有效获取异常振动产生的周期性激励信号,并对信号参数进行转换得到故障源的一些特征参数,再与元件的特征参数相比对,精确地得到故障位置并及时作出处理。
Cepstrum analysis of voice and image processing are widely used in nonlinear signal processing technology. It can be cyclical because of abnormal vibration signals for effective extraction and separation, in modern society it has been used in chemical equipment fault detection. Cepstrum analysis is divided into two categories of real and complex cepstrnm cepstrum. Through the cyclical abnormal vibration signals for effective extraction and separation, combined with spectral analysis, the cyclical nature of abnormal vibration excitation signal can be obtained. After converting the signal parameters, some characteristics of the failure source parameters was gained and compared with the characteristics of component parameters, the precise fault position was found and treated in time.
