摘要
针对海洋平台结构,传统的疲劳分析方法是采用应力校核,按照现有材料试样疲劳特性,运用经验公式,在大量简化基础上进行计算的方法,通常得到一个可行的、但不是最简便的疲劳分析方案。文中以某300英尺自升式海洋平台的固桩架为研究对象,在nSoft疲劳分析理论的基础上,运用计算机模拟试验法,估计固桩架构件的S-N曲线;在固桩架工作的时间历程里,确定其载荷谱块,进行寿命预测,为设计人员对类似结构的设计,估计其安全性提供了一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the structure of Jack-up platform, the traditional design method usually adopts stress check or simplified calculating method based on the material empirical formula. The design in light of these methods always is feasible, but not simple. Taking the jacking frame of a 300 feet jack-up offshore platform for the study, based on the theory of the nSoft fatigue analysis, S-N curve of jacking frame is estimated by the use of computer simulation test method. In the history of the s jacking frame working hours, their load spectrum blocks are determined for life prediction, which provides some reference value for the similar structure design and safety assessment.
