摘要
通过仿真模拟和各实验数据的对比研究,分析了影响发动机盖变形的主要因素,改进了仿真模型;综合设计与工艺的要求,提出了在前期设计及试生产阶段对发动机盖变形的识别方法及有效控制手段,从而可避免发动机盖变形问题对生产质量的不利影响。
The hood dimension deformation is a common issue that engineers will encounter in the hood design and manufacturing process, especially after the high temperature baking in the paint shop. How to solve this issue in the early stage and to avoid additional cost because of the late change? There is no mature method to solve before. In this paper, through comparison the simulation results and numerous test measurement data, the hood deformation CAE simulation model has been optimized, and the primary factors that influence deformation have been defined. The new method has been used in the new project, and is proved to be an effective way to solve hood deformation issue.
