摘要
根据对钛合金切削加工性的分析,针对钛合金切削刀具的主要问题,提出了从刀具入手解决钛合金切削加工问题的思路,以及合理选择刀具材料、确定刀具几何参数、刃磨刀具、冷却润滑的一般原则及方法。
According to the analysis of the process ability for cutting titanium alloy, and in view of the main problems of the titanium alloy cutting tools, the paper proposes the ideas to solve the titanium alloy machining questions by the way of the cutting tools as well as the general principles and the methods for choosing cutter material choice, the determination of the cutter geometric parameter, the sharpening, the cooling and lubrication.
