摘要
目的给鹌鹑iv去甲肾上腺素(NA)造成血管内皮损伤,进而形成动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,观察口服猪十二指肠类肝素对AS形成的影响,同时观察了甘糖酯的作用。方法实验分6组:正常对照组、病理模型组、类肝素低剂量组、类肝素高剂量组、甘糖酯低剂量组、甘糖酯高剂量组。除正常对照组外,其他各组每只鹌鹑口服给药的同时ivNA200μg·kg-1,隔日1次,共计8wk。结果病理模型组内膜/中膜比值及内膜面积比率较正常对照组明显升高(均为P<0.01);用药各组则均显著低于病理模型组(均为P<0.01)。结论猪十二指肠类肝素、甘糖酯口服均具有抗鹌鹑实验性AS形成的作用。
AIM To evaluate the effect of heparinoid extracted from pig duodenum and proglylene glucol mannate sulfate (PGMS)oral adminitration on atherosclerosis (AS) induced by injecting noradrenaline (NA) intravenously in quails. METHODS Sixty quails were randomly divided into six groups: groupⅠ,normal control; groupⅡ, model control; group Ⅲ, heparinoid low dose (30 mg·kg -1 );groupⅣ,heparinoid high dose(150 mg·kg -1 );groupⅤ,PGMS low dose (30 mg·kg -1 );groupⅥ,PGMS high dose (150 mg·kg -1 ).The quails in group Ⅱ ̄Ⅵ were injected NA intravenously at the dose of 200 μg·kg -1 every two days, while the quails in normal control group were injected normal saline (2 ml·kg -1 ) for 8 weeks. RESULTS Histomorphormetric analysis of the quail right cephalic arteries revealed that both the intima/media ratio and the intima area ratio increased significantly in the quails of model control group compared to those in normal control group ( P <0 01);Compared with quails in model control group. the increase in the intima/media ratio and intima area ratio was less obvious in quails received heparinoid or PGMS. CONCLUSION These data suggest that heparinoid and PGMS have suppression effect on the formation of AS caused by injecting NA intravenously in quails.
