小檗碱对尿激酶和链激酶引发的溶栓作用的协助

摘要 目的验证小檗碱(BR)抗富含血小板血浆凝块收缩对两种纤溶酶原激活物引发的溶栓作用的协助。方法分试验组和对照组。前组每管加入不同浓度的BR。所有两组每管分别加入不同的纤溶酶原激活物(PA)。最后以ELISA法测纤维蛋白特异的水解产物D-二聚体。结果证明BR抑制凝块收缩后大大地促进了PA引发的凝块溶解,并证明尿激酶引发的作用大于链激酶。结论当以PA抢救心、脑动脉血栓病人时,若能在6h以内先给病人使用具抗凝块收缩作用的抗血小板药物。 AIM To verify the assisting effect of berberine (BR) of its antiplatelet rich plasma clot retraction effect on different plasminogen activator induced thrombolyses.METHOD There were test group and control group. In the former group, different concentrations of BR were added to separate test tubes. And different plasminogen activators were separately added to the test tubes of both groups. Finally the specific hydrolytic product of fibrin D Dimer was determined by ELISA method. RESULT Thrombolytic activities of both PAs were greatly enhanced by BRs clot retraction inhibition. And the thrombolytic effect by UK was greater than that by SK. CONCLUSION For rescuing the patients with coronary or cerebral thrombosis, if an antiplatelet drug with anticlot retraction activity is used within 6 h, a faster and more thoroughly thrombolytic effect by PA may occur.
