The Brief Exploration on Ecological Civilization Construction with Chinese Characteristics

中国特色的生态文明是以科学发展观为指导的生态文明,其建设必须立足于我国现阶段特殊的生态自然环境、政治条件、经济条件和文化条件。中国特色生态文明结构包含政治、经济、文化、社会四个方面。当前,加强我国生态文明建设应实行绿色设计,大力发展循环经济;加强生态道德建设;加强立法,为生态文明建设提供法律保障;建立绿色GDP综合评价体系。

The ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is the one based on the guidance of scientific outlook of development, Its construction must be based on China＇s special ecological environment, political conditions, economic conditions and cultural conditions at this stage. The structure of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics includes four aspects of politics, economy, culture and society. Currently, the strengthening of China＇s ecological civilization construction should imple- ment green design; vigorously develop the circular economy; strengthen ethical building of ecology; strengthen legislation;provide legal protection for comprehensive evaluation system of green GDP.
