欠发达地区发展农业产业集群的思考

The Development of Agricultural-industrial Cluster in Underdeveloped Areas

农业产业集群作为一种继农业产业化之后更高层次的新的农业组织形式,是我国欠发达地区农村经济发展的新途径,也是欠发达地区农业发展的内在要求。然而,由于目前欠发达地区农业产业集群正处于起步阶段,在形成和发展中存在着一系列问题,基于此,本文以科学发展观为指导,提出了实现欠发达地区农业产业集群全面协调可持续发展的对策。

Agricultural-industry cluster, the higher level of agriculture form after agricultural industrialization, is the new way, as well as inherent demand, of agricultural development in underdeveloped rural areas. However, the agricuhural-industrial cluster is in its initial stage, a series of problems will occur unavoidably in the process of its formation and development. Under the guidance of scientific development concept, the paper puts forward some sustainable countermeasures to solve the problems comprehensively and coordinately.
