改良宫腔镜取环器及其临床应用

Clinical assessment on reforming IUD extraction

目的探讨改良宫腔镜取环器的临床效果。方法将200例拟行IUD取出术妇女随机分到实验组和对照组,实验组使用改良宫腔镜取环器,对照组使用普通宫腔镜取环器。结果实验组均顺利取出IUD,手术时间短,出血少;对照组取环成功率68%,手术时间相对较长,出血量较实验组多。结论改良宫腔镜取环器操作简单,取环成功率高,是一种安全、省时且有效的取IUD方法,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of reforming IUD extraction. Methods Two-hundred women with IUD removal were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group was performed by reforming IUD extraction. The control group was performed by common IUD extraction. Results In contrast to control group, the experiment group was conducted with a shorter period of time,higher removal rate,lower incidence of leakage of IUD and less amount of bleeding. Conclusion Reforming IUD extraction is worth recommendation for its safety, convenience and lessening operation time.
