某医院职工健康状况调查与分析

Survey and analysis of health condition of employees in certain hospital

目的通过对全院职工健康体检,了解影响职工健康状况主要危险因素,为开展健康教育提供依据。方法收集医务人员不同年度健康体检资料,对健康体检结果进行统计分析。结果总体患病率从高到低为:胆固醇偏高(24.86%)、乳腺增生(19.84%)、心电图异常(17.73%)、脂肪肝(15.81%)、前列腺肥大(15.18%)、高血脂症(13.50%)、子宫肌瘤(7.13%)等,具有40岁及以上人群检出率高的特点,2年共查出恶性肿瘤8例。结论医院职工健康状况甚忧,应加强健康教育,提高职工自我保健意识,坚持定期体检。

Objective To find out the major hazards influencing the health condition of the employees and to provide the basis for carrying on health education by health examination of the whole employees. Methods The data of health exam in various years from medical staff were collected and analyzed statistically. Results The overall marbidity from high to low：higher level cholesterol （24.86 % ）, hyperplasia of mammary glands （ 19. 84 % ）, electrocardiogram abnormity （ 17. 73 % ）, fatty liver （ 15. 81 % ）, prostate gland hypertrophy（ 15.18 % ）, high blood fat（ 13.50 % ） and hysteromyoma（7.13 % ）. It was characteristic that the diseases described above could be detected much more easily among those aged beyond 40 years. Furthermore,in the past two years,8 cases of malignancy were detected. Conclusion The health condition of the employees should be concerned for. Health education should be enhanced. The awareness of self-health protection should be improved and the routine health exam should be persisted.
