绵羊肺炎支原体的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 支原体（Mycoplasma）是目前已知能独立生活的缺乏细胞壁的最小原核微生物。最早发现的支原体是牛胸膜肺炎的病原体一丝状支原体丝状亚种，1898年由巴斯德研究所工作的Edmond Nocard等首先从病牛的胸膜积液中分离到这种微生物，由于其菌落极小，个体不易染色故难作形态学鉴定，未能定下种名，只是笼统的称之为“胸膜肺炎微生物”。
