摘要
随着市场经济的发展,金融已经成为现代经济的核心,银行管理人员的管理水平和效率也需逐渐提高。因此,用实证研究的方法探讨银行管理人员胜任力要素与绩效行为之间的关系,构建银行中层管理人员胜任力结构模型对进一步改革银行人力资源管理模式有一定理论指导意义。商业银行中层管理者胜任力模型由三个维度构成,即管理技能维度,人际关系维度,个人特质维度。
With the development of market economy, finance has become the core of modern economy. Bank management level and efficiency also need to gradually increase. An empirical research method is used for exploring the relationship between bank management competence and performance. Construction bank of middle management competence model has some theoretical guidance for the further reform of the banking human resources management model structure. Middle manager competency model in commercial bank consists of three dimensions, namely, management skills dimension, interpersonal relationships dimension, and personal qualities dimensions.
