摘要
在实验室条件下,对CSP流程供原料生产的冷轧低碳钢板进行不同慢速升温速度(30~50℃/h)和不同保温温度(660~700℃)的模拟退火试验,对试样的性能和织构进行测量,分析温度制度对成品板的性能、组织和织构的影响。结论认为,为使CSP流程供料的冷轧深冲板获得良好的性能和织构,当保温温度为680℃保温10h时,慢速升温速度应控制在40℃/h左右;当慢速升温速度为35℃/h,保温10h时,保温温度应控制在680~700℃。退火后成品板丫取向线上{111}〈110〉织构和{111}〈112〉织构的取向分布密度差随升温速度的增大而减小,但基本不受保温温度影响。
Under laboratory condition, influences of different heating rates (30-50 ℃/h) and different annealing temperatures (660--700 ℃) on properties and textures of cold rolled deep-drawing sheet produced by CSP process were investigated. The results show that when annealing temperature is 680 ℃, and holding time is 10 h, the heating rates should be controlled in the range from 40 ℃/h to 30 ℃/h; when heating rate is 35 ℃/h and holding time is 10 h, the annealing temperature should be controlled in the range between 680 ℃and 700 ℃. The difference of orientation distribution density of { 111 } 〈 110〉 and { 111 } 〈 112 〉 texture decreases as the heating rates increase, but is not affected obviously by annealing temperature.
