山东省农业可持续发展评价初探

Preliminary Exploration on Sustainable Agricultural Development in Shandong Province

在综合国内外最新相关研究成果的基础上,利用层次分析法(AHP),构建了农业可持续发展评价指标体系。运用所建立的评价体系框架和主成分分析法对山东省1990—2006年农业可持续发展状况进行评估。结果显示,从总体来看,1990—2006年山东省农业可持续发展水平差异较大,呈曲线上升形态。各个成分对农业可持续发展水平的影响作用大小不一,人均农业机械总动力、农村居民人均纯收入、农业科技成果比重等对可持续发展水平影响较大。

On the basis of the latest research results at home and abroad, using analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, this paper built sustainable agricultural development evaluation index system. Using the established evaluation index system and framework, this paper assessed the situation of agriculture sustainable development in Shandong Province from 1990 to 2006. The results showed that in general, from 1990 to 2006, the levels of Shandong sustainable agricultural development varied largely, showing curve upward trend. Different components have different effects on sustainable agricultural development level. The per capita total power of agricultural machinery, the per capita net income of rural residents, the proportion of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, have a greater impact on sustainable development than others.
