摘要
目的探讨妊娠晚期孕妇凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、D-二聚体(DD)含量、抗凝血酶(AT)的变化情况。方法采用美国RaytoRT-2204C型全自动血凝仪分别测定116例妊娠晚期孕妇和40例正常未妊娠妇女血浆中PT、APTT、Fg、AT及DD的含量并进行对比分析。结果妊娠晚期孕妇血浆中PT、APTT比正常对照组明显缩短,而Fg则显著增高;DD含量比对照组明显增高,AT活性显著减低。结论正常妊娠晚期孕妇凝血成分处于活化状态,纤溶活性增强,抗凝成分AT活性减低,这可能是引起孕妇高凝状态的原因之一。
Objective To explore the changes of prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (Fg), D-dimer (DD) levels, antithrombin (AT) in late pregnant women. Methods With the United States Rayto RT-2204C automatic coagulation analyzer, 116 cases of pregnant women in late pregnancy and 40 normal non-pregnant women were measured in plasma PT, APTT, Fg, AT, and DD levels to conduct a comparative analysis. Results PT, APTT in late pregnant women was significantly shorter than in the normal control group, while Fg increased significantly; DD levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, and AT activity reduced significantly. Conclusion Normal late pregnant women were in activated state of blood clotting components, inceasing fibrinolytic activity, and reducing anticoagulant activity of AT components, which may partly explain the hypercoagulable state in pregnant women.
