摘要
血液透析机是集计算机、电子、机械、流体力学、生物化学、光学、声学等于一体的仪器设备,是急慢性肾功能衰竭患者维持生命的体外循环治疗仪。随着血液透析在临床应用近五十年来,已经不断发展为血液透析滤过、持续性血液净化等多种血液净化装置。而暨华血液净化装置通过创新设计出双腔配液平衡供液系统,实现了透析液流速线性可调,以利于临床上不同年龄段人群治疗;其将基本原理结构按功能分区及模块化设计,使其应用范围和治疗功效不断增强,安全性明显增加,宜于开展床旁血液净化及家庭血液净化治疗。
Hemodialysis equipment is a kind of medical device integrated by computer, electron, mechanism, hydrodynamics, biochemical, optics and acoustics, etc. It's also an extracorporeal circulation device to extend the patient's life who is suffered by acute and chronic kidney failure. Along with the clinical application for almost fifty years, hemodialysis has been developing into multi-dialysis treatment such as hemodiafiltration, CRRT, etc. While through the innovation, JIHUA Hemodialysis equipment is designed a double chamber bal ance system to allocate solution, realizing the linearity adjustment for dialysate flow, which is facilitating the treatment for different age-lev eled people. The basic principle configuration is divided into different regions by functions and modularization design to enhance the applica tion range and treatment efficacy, and to obviously increase the security, which is suitable to develop the bedside and home treatment.
