夏枯草提取液与顺铂协同抗肿瘤作用的体内研究

Synergistic Anti-tumor Effect of Extract of Prunella Vulgaris L and Cisplatin In Vivo

目的:研究夏枯草提取液联合顺铂(DDP)在体内的抗肿瘤效果。方法:建立S180皮下种植瘤小鼠模型,观察夏枯草提取液单用以及与DDP联用对小鼠皮下瘤的生长抑制作用。结果:体内实验证实当夏枯草提取液200mg/kg、400mg/kg时对肿瘤生长有明显抑制作用(P<0.05);当夏枯草提取液100mg/kg与DDP10mg/kg联用时则对肿瘤生长产生了明显的抑制作用,与DDP10mg/kg单用相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:体内实验证实夏枯草醇提取液在中、高剂量时能够起到抗肿瘤效果,而在小剂量时能够显著增加顺铂的抗肿瘤活性,这为提高临床常用化疗药物的疗效且减少增加剂量带来的毒副作用提供了新的思路。

Objective： To explore the synergistic anti - tumor effect of extract of Prunella Vulgaris L and Cisplatin （DDP）. Methods： S180 transplant model was established in male ICR mice and the tumor growth inhibition effects of Prunella Vulgaris L alone and the two drugs were calculated by measuring tumor volume every two days. Results： In vivo experiment demonstrated that EPVL （200mg/kg, 400mg/kg） have an obviously inhibition on the growth of the tumor （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; EPVL （100mg/kg） efficiently en- hanced the anti - tumor effect of DDP at a dose of 10mg/kg （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： A middle or high dose of EPVL could have an anti - cancer effect on the tumor. A subclinical dose of EPVL could greatly improve the anti - cancer effect of Cisplatin, which provide a new strategy to amplify the efficiency of chemotherapeutics without increasing its dose.
