紫菊清热片体内抗菌作用研究

Experimental Study on the in Vivo Antibacterial Effect of Zijuqingre Troche

目的:研究紫菊清热片在小鼠体内的抗菌作用。方法:紫菊清热片组和阳性药物组灌胃给药3d,小鼠腹腔注射不同菌株菌液造成感染,观察记录感染后7d内各组小鼠的死亡情况,并计算半数有效量(ED50)和95%可信限。结果:紫菊清热片对不同菌种的标准株和临床株感染小鼠致死均有不同程度的保护作用,中、高剂量组与细菌对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:紫菊清热片对不同菌株感染小鼠均具有很好的保护作用。

Objective To study in vivo antibacterial effect of Zijuqingre Troche in mice. Methods The medicine - given group and positive drug controlled group were administrated for three days and the two groups were infected with injection of the standard and clinical - separated strains of different strain, observing the number of death for seven days. The ED50 and 95% con fidence interval were calculated . Results Zijuqingre Troche have different hepatoprotective effect on mice infected by the standard and clinical - separated strains of different strain, medium and high doses groups showed significant difference compared with bacterial control group （P 〈0.05, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Zijuqingre Troche have a good protection on mice infected by different strain.
