Identification of Bushen Yinao Capsules by TLC

目的:建立补肾益脑胶囊的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为完善其质量控制标准提供试验依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法对补肾益脑胶囊中当归、五味子、补骨脂和人参进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:薄层色谱法简便可靠,可用于补肾益脑胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a TLC identification method for improving the quality standards of Bushen Yinao Capsules. Methods： TLC was performed to identify angelica sinensis, schisandra chinensis, psoralea corylifolia and panax ginseng in Bushen Yinao Capsules. Results ： The spots on TLC plates were clear without the interference of negative control. Conclusion： The TLC identification methods are simple and reliable. These studies provide the scientific base for quality control of Bushen Yinao Capsules.
