CA125测定在活动性肺结核诊断中的有效性

Validity of the CA125 Level in the Differential Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨CA125水平在活动性肺结核诊断中的有效性。方法:32例活动性肺结核患者和32例非活动性肺结核患者,分别测定其血清CA125水平。结果:CA125水平在活动性肺结核组和非活动性肺结核组有显著性差异。结论:CA125的增高对于区别肺结核是否处于活动期可能是一个很好的指标。

Objective： To explore the possible role of cancer antigen 125 in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis （PTB）. Methods Serum CA125 levelswere measured in ： thirty- two active PTB patients and thirty- two inactive PTB patients. Results： There were significant differences of the CA125 values between the active PTB patients group and the inactive PTB patients group. Conclusion： High level of CA125 may be a good indicator in the prediagnosis of active and inactive PTB patients.
