Treatment of DHS combined with lag screw on the femoral neck fracture by open reduction

目的:评价切开复位DHS联合拉力螺钉固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:对32例新鲜股骨颈骨折,采用切开复位DHS联合拉力螺钉固定手术,观察其疗效。结果:全部病例手术时间平均80min,出血量平均160ml,31例骨折愈合,1例骨折不愈合,3例股骨头缺血性坏死。31例骨折愈合患者,患髋关节功能Harris评分平均88分。结论:应用切开复位DHS联合拉力螺钉固定治疗股骨颈骨折,骨折复位准确,固定牢靠,手术效果满意,并发症少,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the value and clinical effects of treatment fixed with DHS and lag srew for the femoral neck frac- ture by open reduction . Methods 32 cases of fresh femoral neck fractures were operated by open reduction and internal fixation with DHS and lag srew, And clinical effects were observed. Results The mean duration of operation was 80rain and the mean blood loss was 160ml in all cases. Bony union was found in 31 paients, non -union in 1 patinets and femoral head necrosis in 3 patients. The rate of fracture union was 96. 9%. The average scoord in the 31 bony union cases is 88 according to Harris functional evaluation of coax . Conclusion The treatment is a reasonable selection in the clinical through open reduction and internal fixation with DHS and lag srew for the femoral neck fracture. And it has the advantages of fracture anatomical rectuion, stable fixation, good operative effect and fewer complications.
