摘要
血清心肌酶谱、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)和心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的释放是反映心肌损伤的程度及恢复情况的一个重要指标,在围术期的诊治及患者手术预后中有重要的指导作用,特别是自从发现cTnT和cTnI对心肌损伤具有高度的特异性和灵敏度之后,心血管疾病诊断界发生子重大革新,心肌肌钙蛋白作为金标准取代了CK-MB。
The release of cTnT and cTnI is an important index for the injury and recovery of myocardial injury. And it is important for the treatment during the operation. Especially after knowing the cTnT and eTnI has specificity and sensitivity for the Myocardial injury, it is great improvement that troponin takes place of CK - MB.
