利用先进的光学三维定位器和基于解剖表面术前术中信息配准的新方法，研究和开发了精确可靠的用于鼻窦区手术的计算机辅助手术系统。在新鲜尸体样本上所作的验证性试验表明该系统适用于计算机辅助耳鼻喉科手术。

This paper describes a novel computer assisted ENT surgery system which is based on highperformanced 3D optical localizer and the combinational registration method for matching between pre-operative and intra-operative information. Preliminary results on cadaver specimen show the system is suited for clinical ENT surgery.
