新型上消化道动态酸碱度及心电同步记录器的研制

摘要 介绍一种新型上消化道动态酸碱度及心电同步记录器的设计特点,硬件构成和软件流程。临床应用表明该仪器是上消化道功能性疾病诊断的有利工具,尤其对于心源性胸痛和食道源性胸痛的鉴别具有重要的意义。 A new ambulatiory monitor for multi-channel gastroesophageal pH combining with cardiogram is introduced in this paper. Key techniques of the rnonitor, design of hardware and software, clinical significance are described. Clinical application shows that the monitor pdvantages the diagnoses of functional diseases of upper digestive tract, especially is significant to distinguish the chest pain of cardiac origin and esophageal origin.
