基于CPL的空调冷凝水节能利用方法及实验 被引量:2

Energy-saving Application Method and Experiment for Condensed Water Based on CPL

摘要 本文设计了一种新型的空调冷凝水节能再利用方法,采用CPL热管作为导热元件,将空调冷凝水的冷量经CPL热管传导到空调压缩机高温排气管路,以利用低温冷凝水的冷量降低压缩机排气温度,达到提高压缩机及整个制冷系统性能的效果。同时冷凝水在毛细结构处均匀分布,完成其蒸发过程,实现零滴漏,实现环保效益。 In this paper, a new method to reuse the condensed water of air-conditioning system for energy-saving was introduced. In this equipment, CPL heat pipes were chosen as thermal conduction cell, the cooling load of condensed water was conducted to the high temperature exhaust pipe of compressor through these pipes, therefore the discharge temperature of compressor was reduced. As a result, the performance of the compressor and the whole cooling system would be improved. Meanwhile, condensed water was equally spaced at the capillary structure to finish the process of evaporation without any drops, hence the goal of environmental protection could also be obtained.
