髌腱末端病运动员膝关节屈伸峰力矩和表面肌电图的变化特征 被引量:17

Change Characteristics of Surface Electromyography and Knee Extension and Flexion Peak Torque in Athletes with Patellar Tendinopathy

摘要 目的:比较与分析髌腱末端病运动员膝关节力学特征和股四头肌表面肌电图的变化规律,为髌腱末端病的预防与治疗提供参考依据;方法:20名运动员为实验对象,(正常对照组10名,髌腱末端病组10名),分别进行膝关节力量和sEMG的测试,比较与分析膝关节屈肌力矩、伸肌力矩和股四头肌sEMG的变化;结果:1)在等长运动时,末端病组的伸肌PT明显小于对照组、F/E比值明显大于对照组;2)在等速运动时,末端病组的伸肌PT明显小于对照组,并随着运动角速度增加而变化显著;3)末端病组iEMG的VM/VL比值在等长运动和等速运动时,均明显低于对照组;结论:髌腱末端病运动员膝关节屈肌与伸肌的力量差距较为突出,存在股内侧肌活动低下和股内侧肌与股外侧肌之间不平衡的现象。 Objective. In this study, comparative analysis of knee mechanical characteristics and sEMG of the quadriceps in athletes with patellar tendinopathy was made in order to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment on Patellar Tendinopathy. Method:20 athletes (Normal control group10,the patellar tendinopathy group10) were selected to test the kneejoint strength and sEMG respectively. The change of knee-joint injustice muscle peak torque, stretching muscle peak torque and sEMG of the quadriceps were compared with and analyzed. Result: 1) When have an isometric exercise, PT of stretch muscle of the patellar tendinopathy group is obviously smaller than that of the normal control group, and F/E ratio obviously greater than that of the normal control group. 2) During the period of isokinetie exercise, PT of stretch muscle of the patellar tendinopathy group is significant smaller than that of the normal control group, and notable change with the increases of motion angular velocity. 3) During the period of isometric exercise and isokinetic exercise, the ratios of VM/VL of the patellar tendinopathy group were lower than that of the normal control group obviously. Conclusion: The different between knee-joint injustice muscle and stretching muscle of patellar tendinopathy athlete is obviously outstanding. There is a phenomenon that vastus lateralis is trader-activity and an imbalance existed in vastus medialis and vastus lateralis.
