西方体育社会学研究范式的形成与发展

The Origin and Development of Research Paradigm in Western Sport Sociology

运用文献资料调研和文献计量统计的方法,以《国际体育社会学评论》1966—2005年发表的799篇学术论文为资料来源,从时间序列上研究西方体育社会学研究范式的形成与发展,认为西方体育社会学研究范式经历了以量化研究为主的描述性研究的初创期;量化研究和质化研究并用的成长期;有针对性地选择研究范式,自觉自为的进行研究的发展期。讨论了西方体育社会学研究范式运用中存在的问题,并对西方体育社会学研究范式在研究中的运用做出了展望。

This paper studies the western sports sociology paradigm＇ s origin and its development by using the method of literature review and quantitative statistics in 799 articles published in the journal of International Review for the Sociology of Sport from 1966 to 2005. The development of the western sports sociology is divided into three phase. The researches in the first original phase are focus in the quantity description. The second phase is growing period while people using the quantity and quality method at the same time. The third phase is the developing period when people select the proper research form spontaneously. Besides, this paper reveals the problems when using the research paradigm of western sport sociology and predicts its application.
