摘要 从运动疲劳的中枢模型和节奏策略的中枢管理模型出发,以新的运动训练学的训练适应理论为基础,假设并阐述了极限负荷下心理承受力训练的基础原理。在极限负荷下心理承受力以大脑同外周生理系统的信息处理为内部过程,通过强化大脑内部算法的意识,心理技能的作用,冲击心理疲劳信念的阈限并最终影响中枢神经系统的疲劳管理策略即节奏策略而实现的。自我谈话在信息处理和意识的强化过程中起着关键作用。 Based on the new adaptation theory of sport training, and from the perspectives of central model of sport fatigue and central governor model of pacing strategy, this paper hypothesizes and demonstrates the basic mechanism of psychological capability under high intensity of training. During the high intensity of training, the internal process of psychological capability is based on the information processing between brain and physiological peripheral system. It also hypothesizes that the psychological capability could be drilled and strengthened through reinforcing consciousness in brain algorithm to control the pacing strategy, and employing mental skills to impact the threshold of fatigue belief. Self-talk plays a vital role in the training process of psychological capability.
