大用户直购电过网费计算方法研究

Research on Wheeling Cost Calculating Method of Direct Power-purchase for the Large Users

介绍了大用户直购的概念,然后结合网损分摊法对大用户直购中过网费的计算问题进行了研究,并以云南电网(部分截取)为例进行了过网费的计算和分析。

This paper introduces the concept of direct power purchase by large users, then makes research on calculation of wheel cost of direct power purchase based on apportioning of grid power losses and finally conducts calculation and analysis of wheel cost by taking the Yunnan power grid（partial） as an example.
