信息贫困视野下的偏远山区农业信息平台搭建研究

Study of Constructing Agricultural Information Platform in Remote Mountainous Areas under the Poor Information Field of Vision

信息平台建设失衡是造成城乡信息差距拉大的主要因素,作为需求信息面广、信息量大而基础设施落后的偏远山区农村,在建设农业信息平台过程中存在着人力、物力、财力等多方面的条件劣势。从我国农村在搭建农业信息平台宏观层面问题为起点,着力于农业信息平台建设的现状、存在的问题和平台信息的基本结构等方面进行探讨,解析和探求适合我国农村特别是偏远山区农村信息平台解决信息贫困的基本思路和途径。

The disequilibrium of information platform construction is the main factor of the widening information gap between urban and rural areas. The remote mountainous areas, where more information is needed but infrastructure facilities are backward, are in a weak position in respects of manpower, material and financial resources in the process of constructing agricultural information platform. The paper goes into the present situation of constructing agricultural information platform, the present existing problems, the basic structure of information platform from the macro aspect of constructing agricultural information platform in our country＇ s rural areas. The paper also analyzes and explores the basic thoughts and channels of solving poor information problems existing in our country＇ s rural areas, especially in remote mountainous areas.
