野生肉苁蓉及其组织细胞培养物润肠通便、抗疲劳功能的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对野生肉苁蓉及其组织细胞培养物进行润肠通便、抗疲劳功能的比较研究。方法:润肠通便实验以2月龄雄性昆明种小鼠为对象,复方地芬诺酯建立的便秘模型为参比对照,研究野生肉苁蓉及其组织细胞培养物的润肠通便功能。抗疲劳实验以2月龄雄性昆明种小鼠为对象,研究野生肉苁蓉及其组织细胞培养物的抗疲劳功能。结果:与复方地芬诺酯便秘模型组相比,3·3g/kg·bw剂量的野生肉苁蓉组及肉苁蓉组织细胞培养物组便秘小鼠的小肠推进率显著提高(p<0·01,p<0·001),首黑便时间明显缩短(p<0·001,p<0·05),8h的排便频率和重量显著增加(p<0·05);与正常对照组相比,野生肉苁蓉组及肉苁蓉组织细胞培养物组小鼠的负重游泳时间明显延长(p<0·05)。而野生肉苁蓉组及其组织细胞培养物组之间并无差异(p>0·05)。结论:肉苁蓉细胞组织培养物与野生肉苁蓉具有相似的润肠通便、抗疲劳功能。 Objective: To compare the Runchang purge and anti-fatigue effects of Cistanche deserticola and the tissue culture of Cistanche deserticola.Methods :The 2 months old male mice of Kunming were selected in all tests. The constipation model mice resulted from diphenoxylate were control group in Runchang purge study. Results: Compared the groups with Cistanche deserticola and the tissue culture of Cistanche deserticola in 3.3g/kg · bw dose to the constipation models control,the rate of intestinal promote of mice was improved (p 〈 0.01, p 〈 0.001 ), the time of first black stool of mice was shortened ( p 〈 0.001, p 〈 0.05 ), the defecation frequency and weight of mice were increased ( p 〈 0.05).The swimming time of mice in the groups with Cistanche deserticola and the tissue culture of Cistanche deserticola was significantly prolonged (p 〈 0.05)as compared to that in control group.The groups between that with Cistanche deserticola and the tissue culture of Cistanche deserticola did not have significant differences (p 〉 0.05).Conclusion :The tissue culture of Cistanche deserticola is of the similar functions with Cistanche deserticola in Runchang purge and anti-fatigue effects.
