黄芩提取物对芒果贮藏保鲜的研究 被引量:16

摘要 采用不同浓度的中草药黄芩水提取物对芒果果实贮藏保鲜效果进行了研究,并以多菌灵处理和无任何处理作为对照,分析了中草药黄芩提取物对芒果采后贮藏过程中的生理生化以及病理方面的影响。结果表明,12·5mg/g黄芩提取液处理和500mg/kg多菌灵处理组均有效地减少了果实表面微生物的数量,降低果实的发病率,提高果实的商品率,推迟呼吸高峰的出现,减少果实的失重率,增加果实可溶性固形物的含量,减缓可滴定酸含量的下降速率,降低细胞的膜透性以及果皮中丙二醛的含量,有效地抑制了果皮中的超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性的上升趋势,有利于延缓果实的后熟,大大提高了贮藏保鲜的效果。 This experiment that the Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi extract with different concentration was applied for the storage and preservation of mango fruit was systematically researched, and then ,on the basis of the methods which was used by using carbendazim processing and without any processing respectively, the physiological biochemical characteristic of mango fruit after postharvest storage, as well as the pathological aspect has been discussed.The result showed that both the 12.5mg/g Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi extract processing and the 500mg/kg carbendazim treatment group could effectively reduce the microbial quantity of fruit surface, reduced the fruity incidence rate, raise the fruit marketed proportion, postpone the respiration peak appearance, reduce the fruit weightlessness rate,increase the soluble solids content in fruit, slow down the reducing ratio of the titratable acid content,reduce the cell's membrane penetrability and the malondialdehyde (MDA)content in the peel, suppress superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the peel, the peroxidase (POD) activity and the catalase (CAT) active trend of escalation.It was advantageous in the postponement fruit additional ripening,and enhanced effect which stored preservation freshness.
