摘要
综述了真假蜂胶辨别的一些方法,研究表明,鉴别蜂胶的方法各不相同,主要有HPLC、GC-MS、UV、热分析、滴定等方法,通过采用这些方法来测定其中的一些成分,并进行比较区分。
In this paper some methods of the identifying of true and false propolis was summarized.The studies indicated that methods of determining the components in propolis were respectively different,Some ingredients of true and false propolis mainly were measured by HPLC, GC-MS, UV, thermal analysis, titration, and some differences was found out between them.
