The Employment Problem of Vocational College Students Facing the International Financial Crisis

由美国次贷危机引发的金融风暴蔓延全球,世界各国经济发展均受到不同程度影响。随着金融危机的持续,我国亦不能独善其身,对我国经济的影响日益凸显。经济状况晴雨表降温,使全社会人才就业需求缩水。受此影响,高等职业教育院校的毕业生的就业岗位人数锐减。分析就业工作形态,理顺就业指导工作思路,运用科学发展观调整就业思路,创新就业指导工作,力求就业多元化,并对就业工作等方面进行实践总结和理论探讨。

The financial turmoil caused by the sub prime mortgage crisis triggered by the U.S. spreads across the globe, the world＇s economic development are affected in varying degrees. As the financial crisis continues, China could be left unscathed. The impact on China＇s economy is increasingly obvious. The employment needs of the whole society shrink. Affected by this, the number of jobs for graduates of higher vocational education institutions drastically reduces. We should analyze the employment patterns, straighten out the employment guidance work plans, use scientific development concept, regulate employment ideas, innovate employment guidance, and strive to employment diversity, as well as conclude the practice and theoretical study of employment and other aspects.
