摘要
为优化加减银翘散中金银花、连翘、天花粉、甘草四味中药的剂量组方。采用L16(45)正交表设计试验,以配方中金银花、连翘、天花粉、甘草为因素,以用量为水平,以浸膏率和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为量化指标。试验结果表明,金银花对组方的浸膏率和MIC影响显著(P<0.05),其中A2B3C4D1组合对鸡大肠杆菌的MIC最小为0.4g/mL。因此,加减银翘散中四味中药的最佳配比为2∶3∶4∶1。
To optimize dosing ratio of ingredient-modified lonicerae and forsythiae powder, the content offlos Ionicerae ,fructus forsythiae ,radix trichosanthis ,glycyrrhiza and four level were screened with extraction rate and minimum inhibition concentration (MIC)as indices by G6(45)orthogonal design.The results showed that flos lonicerae could significantly impact extraction rate and MIC.The A2B3C4D1 had the best antimicrobial effect on chicken E.coli than others,and MIC was 0.4 g/mL.It's concluded that the optimum dosage ratio offlos lonicerae ,fructus forsythiae ,radix trichosanthis and glycyrrhiza was :2:3:4:1 in ingredient-modified lonicerae andforsythiae powder.
