摘要
长贮产品在贮存过程中,性能会逐步退化直至失效,保持和恢复系统可靠性的一种极为有效的方法就是周期地测试贮存产品的关键性能,并且修复和更换所发现的故障产品。检测时间间隔过长,则产品贮存可靠性达不到要求;检测时间过短,不仅要耗费大量的人力、物力甚至会诱发失效。考虑到产品贮存状态变化的复杂性,论文提出了W eibu ll分布产品基于贮存可靠度的序贯检测方法,可以动态调整检测间隔期,并结合仿真实例给出了序贯模型和参数估计方法。
The performance degradation of long-storage products may lead them to failure. Periodic inspection of the performance for storage products is an efficient way to keep reliability. The problem is if the interval is so long then the reliability demand can not be met, if the interval is so short then large amount of resources may be wasted, even lead to unexpected failure. Considering the complexity state changing of storage products, sequential inspection method for long-storage Weibull products under reliability requirement is proposed. By using simulation examples, the models and estimation of the parameters were given.
