摘要
改革开放以来,广东省学前教育发展迅速,"重建体系、规范发展、创立多元化学前教育体系"三大改革促进了事业发展,不断满足社会需求,初步形成了具有广东特色的学前教育发展模式;同时,存在"普及率偏低、发展不均衡、师资队伍薄弱"三大问题,形成发展困境,急需通过管理体制改革配套地解决问题。
Preschool education in Guangdong has developed fast since 1978. Three reform policies have promoted education and met the increasing social demands and have roughly formed a developing model of preschool education in Guangdong. There exist however at the same time three problems: low enrollment rate; the imbalance development; weak teachers.
