摘要
采用酶联双抗体夹心法,对36例哮喘患者和54例正常献血者(对照组)进行了外周血单个核细胞诱生白细介素2(IL-2)水平的检测。结果;哮喘组外周血单个核细胞诱生的IL-2活性[吸光度(A)值]为0.2015±0.0225,血浆可溶白细胞介素2(sIL-2)水平为167.5±52.4kU/L,均高于对照组[前者A值为0.1881±0.0300,后者为(114.2±48.6)kU/L(P<0.05,P<0.01)]。提示:外源性哮喘患者发病中存在着T淋巴细胞的活化,导致IL-2诱生水平和血浆sIL-2R水平的增高,二者在哮喘发病机制中起着一定的作用。
The enzyme-linked double antibody with jam center method was employed to determine the induced interleukin-2(IL-2) activity in supernatant of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in 36 cases of asthma and 54 blood donors as normal controls. It was showed that the induced IL-2 activity in PBMC was 0. 201 5?. 022 5 (A value) and soluble IL-2 receptor (sIL-2R) level (167. 5?2. 4) kU/L in asthma pa-tients,which was higher than in the normal controls [the former A value 0. 188 1?. 030 0.the latter (114. 2 ?8. 6) kU/L,P<0. 05,P<0. 01)]. PBMC and sIL-2R levels in plasma were determined in 36 patients with asthma. It was concluded that T lymphocytes are acitvated in exogenous asthma patients so as to result in the elevation of the induced IL-2 activity and plasma sIL-2R levels,which plays certain roles in the pathogenesis of exogenous asthma.
