The paper introduces in detail the structure and production process from startup to arriving the capacity for Tiantie 2,800 m3 Blast Furnace,and summarizes the problems of practice and matters needing attention during blast furnace production. The blast furnace smoothly arrives at the capacity just in a month after startup through measures of enhancing management,stabilizing raw material and fuel,lowering equipment failure rate and elaborately regulating furnace status.
