摘要
对高炉冷却壁蛇形管制作工艺的设计进行了技术改进,采用弯管机弯制与热煨相结合的工艺方法,克服了蛇形管在制作过程中尺寸易出现偏差、钢管变形、管壁变薄等诸多质量缺陷,使蛇形管生产效率与产品质量都有很大程度的提高。使冷却壁铸造产品废品率由原来的10%下降到了2%,并缩短了其生产周期。
The quality defects such as size deviation,pipe deformation and pipe wall thinning during BF cooling stave serpentine fabrication are overcome by designing and improving serpentine fabrication process and adopting the method of combination of bender cold bending and hot bending,resulting in big increase in serpentine production efficiency and product quality. The scrap ratio of cast product of cooling stave drops from 10% to 2% and the production cycle is shortened.
